The Residence Suite is a unique offering in the Ritz-Carlton portfolio. It is a 2-bedroom rooftop suite catering to corporate events, culinary demonstrations, and weddings, all set in the French Quarter's historic Maison Blanche building.
Objective: Conversion of a private residence to a hotel suite
Approximate Floor Area: 6,500 sqft. Indoor & Outdoor
Property Detail: Master Bedroom/Bath, 1 ADA Bedroom/Bath, fully equipped kitchen, 10-seat dining room, living room, powder room, four fireplaces, and an expansive private outdoor terrace and garden for relaxation or entertaining while overlooking the city.
